High pigmentation, easy application and doesn’t clog up
I’ve tried many many liquid brush applicator eyeliners like this one and this has to be by far the best . The liquid liner remains liquid on each application where others have failed and started clogging and drying up in the container .This makes application of a very thin top liner and fine side wing so much easier .The black pigmentation is excellent too.Its staying power is also the best I’ve found too along with its waterproof qualities . Granted the wings don’t stay put as long as I’d like but I tend to rub at my eyes so it’s more operator error than fault of the product .One thing worth mentioning is the fineness and length of the brush . It’s perfect for me and my long lashes that often get in the way of application. It also is a great tappered shape great for getting fine lines and control .Excellent value for money

Great waterproof liner, you will need an oil based remover to take it off.Felt nib that may take a bit of practice but works great when used to it.Absolutely Amazing value for what it is. And does what it says.I use the blue which is a deep navy and a black which is jet black.Before elf I have tried about 20 so called waterproof liners and none stood up to the test.I used to use MAC which have stopped making their particular waterproof product this is the best alternative I can find.
